ROTC Award of Distinction

Awarded to the Post with the best ROTC and JRTOC unit participation. To be eligible, a Post must participate in the ROTC program by awarding medals with certificates to JROTC and ROTC Cadets for academic and military excellence. 

First Place, Second Place and Third Place winners will be determined by the level of supplementary participation/involvement a Post has with ROTC and JROTC units, in the support of unit activities such as color guards, marksmanship events, drill teams, scholarships etc.

This award will be judged by the Department Americanism Commission and Foundation.

Winning Posts must be in good standing within the Department.
