Post Delegate Registration
Collection that allows Posts to register delegates and alternate delegates to the Dept Convention.
Posts must upload a list of delegates to the Dept Convention when purchasing these items.
This is ONLY for Department of Maryland Posts. Auxiliary Units are to register using their normal procedures.
